Codedock was founded in late 2021 as a reaction to how big firms deliver software. Clients pay senior rates and get a junior team with weekly stand-ups between them and the code.
We specialise in complex systems — enterprise integration, Azure cloud platforms, data warehouses, performance-critical backend systems. Where boxed solutions fall short and a junior team would cause more harm than good.

Tomáš started in IT over 15 years ago with a focus on .NET, business process management and enterprise integration. The architecture-first approach that underpins Codedock today emerged from years spent on projects where code was being written before anyone decided what was being built.
He spent several years at Trask Solutions as a senior solution architect, leading architecture for projects at major banks and financial institutions in the Czech Republic — including the online mortgage process built on Camunda BPM for Sberbank CZ, implementation of CRS (Common Reporting Standard) reporting workflow, and dozens of bank-to-bank integrations.
Camunda BPM became his specialty — modelling complex business processes where every step must be auditable, repeatable and recovery-friendly. That discipline carried over into how Codedock approaches enterprise architecture today.
He founded Codedock in late 2021 with a clear intent: deliver senior-level architecture to clients who need technical clarity, not a sales pitch. No junior teams hidden behind senior billing. No account managers between client and architect. Direct communication, technical decisions based on arguments, delivery that works.
Today he leads projects for clients ranging from scale-up SaaS startups to enterprises with thousands of employees. Specialisation: Microsoft Azure, .NET ecosystem, Microsoft Fabric, Camunda BPM, enterprise integration, distributed systems. Architecture-first from the very first discovery call.
Outside of work, he lives with his family in Prague, where he occasionally tinkers with a home Home Assistant setup — a sharp reminder of how quickly small hobby projects grow into something that needs the architecture-first treatment.
